Abstract writing guidelines
Writing an abstract
- Abstracts should be written in both Montenegrin and English languages
- Abstract should not exceed 300 words (not counting the title, name of the authors and institutions)
- Do not use tables, charts and do not cite literature
- Abstract should be written using Word for Windows, in Times New Roman (font size 12), single-spaced, justified
- The tittle should be written using bold, capitalized letters (font size 14). Avoid using acronyms in the title of the abstract
- The name and surname of the author and co-authors should be written in the new line (font size 12). Underline the name and surname of the author or co-author who will be presenting the work
- The name of the institution of the author and co-authors should be written in new line (font size 12, italic). In the case of different institutions, use the labels 1,2,3 etc. in the superscript
- At the end of the abstract it should be cited up to 5 keywords
Submission of abstracts
- Abstract should be sent as an attachment to the following e-mail address: radovi@kongres2019.me
- Alongside with attachment, the desired type of presentation (oral or poster presentation) should be written in email
Note: Only one abstract should be attached to each email message! One author can present up to two abstracts.
Acceptance of abstracts
- Abstract deadline is the 10 March 2019
- Authors will be notified of acceptance of their abstracts by 01 April 2018. All accepted abstracts will be published in the Abstract Book.
Presentations of abstracts
- Time limit for oral presentations: 15 minutes
- Poster dimensions: 0,7 m x 1 m (type: vertical)
Note: The Scientific Committee of the Congress reserves the right to make a final decision on the type of presentation of each individually sent abstract!
